Current Projects - Continuing to Rebuild Ithaca
Here at Modern Living Rentals we're focused on growing our portfolio of high-end, hand-designed, value-driven apartments. For the upcoming 2024-2025 lease cycle we anticipate renovations on at least 5 more historical multi-unit renovation projects along with two brand new construction projects that are designed to fit naturally into the current regional housing landscape.
