This is Unit 207, a one bedroom apartment similar to a studio set up. The monthly rent for Unit 207 is $2,800 per person. Pricing increases by floor, with comparable units on the 8th floor (807) renting for $3,400 per person.

We also offer an optional utilities package for $150 per person per month ($300 per month for this two-bedroom apartment). The package includes electricity, WiFi, internet, water, sewer, and trash. Residents may also choose to opt out of the electricity portion and set up their own NYSEG account if preferred.
