This is Unit 202, a two-bedroom apartment with views overlooking College Avenue. The monthly rent for Unit 202 is $2,200 per person ($4,400 total per month). Pricing increases by floor, with comparable units on the 8th floor renting for $2,500 per person ($5,000 total per month).

We also offer an optional utilities package for $150 per person per month ($300 per month for this two-bedroom apartment). The package includes electricity, WiFi, internet, water, sewer, and trash. Residents may also choose to opt out of the electricity portion and set up their own NYSEG account if preferred.
