Welcome to The Ivy at 325 College Ave, a prime living location for Cornell students! We currently have 4 S1 one-bedroom units left on the 7th and 8th floors.

These final S1 units feature an open layout similar to a studio, but with a sliding door to close off the bedroom for privacy.
